TUESDAY at school, we had a small talent showcase presented by our very own Student Council. The event entitled Cafe SWE featured dance, singing, acting, spoken word, and music. My battery got very low right before the show, but I still got to get in some of my favorite people.

Byron Rogers, when I tell you he is a talent powerhouse. He is. Guitar, singing, painting, sculpting, dancing omg he does them all like a pro, no exaggeration. I'm a huge fan and friend, love him.Byron and Shaunice (left) who is a beautiful singer, and acoustic guitar player, (just a couple talents, i'm aware of) watching her perform is AMAZING. Her lyrics are beautiful, and her voice literally takes us away. I wish i could hear her voice 24/7, we need an album.

& last but not least a guy who doesn't attend our school, but goes to East, Mr. Darris Robbins. He did not perform in the show, but he's a producer and very talented. HE is dying for fame, and works really hard. Something any artist knows about.Darris is a producer and I really need to do a whole blog post on him, but that'll come eventually. for now check out some of his stuff EDIT: Darris is a a producer/ rapper lol. (hey it worked for ye) check out Ghost March, thats him.

to get right down to the point i LOVE sneakers! they are the best things in the world to me. i kinda stopped buying them though in recent times, but guess what!? i'm about to start right back up! starting on my birthday! on May 15 ( Taurus representer! ) the Lakers retro 6's are coming out and i they are as good as MINE! these kicks are the epitome of sexy! they are black and the side panels are made with a reflective material. beyond that the stitching in the shoe fades from yellow to purple ( hence the Lakers theme ) and purple is my favorite color! i cannot wait to jump back into the Jordan game with these and the fact that they are being released on my birthday is the best part about it.

I'M ON CLOUD 9!

the dopest thing happened to me last week! so remember Jeyy's post about the Cloud 9 slap watches? well the man behind the watch, Mr. Phil Keller came to my school to talk to my sculpture class about his story and things like that. he came with a couple of his watches and i fell in love from that point on. seeing it in person made me wanna run to the stop and cop one. so at the end of the class my teacher Ms. Thomas told me to stay after because Mr. Keller had to talk to me. he told me thatMs. Thomas said that i was a good student and that she appreciates my effort and things. because of that he offered me a watch! i was in shock, and still am! so please go out and support this man. is you are in Saint Louis you can go to I Am in the Loop, or to Splash in the Galleria! i don't want any other watch from now on! i'm strictly on Cloud 9. shout out to Mr. Phil Keller aka the man behind the watch, and Ms. Thomas!
